This policy explains what personal data Patriora collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run an early-access waiting list.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• Your email address, only when you submit it through the "Request access" form.
• Basic, anonymous usage statistics (such as page views and referring sites), collected in aggregate and without cookies.

We do not collect patient data or any clinical information through this website.

Why we use it and the legal basis

• To contact you about early access to Patriora and to keep you updated. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site, using only aggregated, cookieless statistics.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms — delivers your form submission to our email inbox.
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides cookieless, aggregated analytics.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. These providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until the early-access programme ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Aggregated statistics contain no information that identifies you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to or restrict its processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• receive your data in a portable format.
